How we use it

We use this information to review your request, respond to you, and keep track of our work together. Requests are stored in our private HQ workspace, where authorized INTRVL staff can review them.

Our hosting and database providers process information needed to operate the website. Requests may be processed in countries other than the one you are visiting from. We do not sell the information you submit.

Keeping the website working

We use a short-lived, hashed network identifier to limit abusive submissions. It is kept separately from your message. Staff sign-in uses authentication cookies; the public contact form does not require an account.

Your choices

Use the contact page to ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you have shared. Include enough detail for us to locate your earlier request, and avoid sending sensitive documents.
